Very spacious, well kitted for long stays. unfortunately I was only there for a night. I imagine the place on a long hot summer bank holiday weekend, pool, hot tub jacuzzi, perfect! Provision of general grooming and refreshments (didn't find milk in the refrigerator as stated but didn't need it)

Very welcoming very friendly host superb accomodation
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location, cosy place, easy access, Chris was a welcoming host and a great spread provided for breakfast.
The Fox pub was just round corner and food was great there too.
The property is very quaint and was once a 16th century public house with a pretty garden and outside seating area set in the village of North Luffenham near Rutland water. Convenient to visit Rutland water, Stamford, Burghley House, Belvoir Castle as well as surrounding charming towns and villages. The host was very friendly and informative and provided a good cooked breakfast and continental option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights.
The location was excellent in a lovely quiet village. The facillities were excellent including a generous guests living room. This is a rarity these day's and most welcome.
The breakfast was superb plenty of cereals and fresh fruit, followed by a lovely omlette.
I would certainly return in future.
charm of olde worlde ex pub building, in a quaint village atmosphere. Plenty of walking/cycling/water/outdoor activities on hand. Breakfast served with a smile, plenty of cereal choice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, orange juice, plus a hot plate of bacon/eggs or mushroom omelette to follow. That personal touch ,and friendly conversation. Chris is an accomplished host. Communal lounge and open log fire was a relaxing area for reading. The value for money was excellent!
Quiet village location … booked it as we were going to the theatre in nearby town so didn’t really use the facilities but they looked good . Breakfast was included in the price and was amazing . Host Chris and his charming little daughter made us feel right at home. Very knowledgeable about the area.
Friendly and helpful host.
Excellent breakfast included.
Quiet village location very close to Rutland Water.
