The first impression is 'this is lovely!' The decor and furnishings are delightful; everything that you could possibly want is provided; very comfortable bed (important!); smart bathroom; wonderful breakfast; and kind, friendly staff.

Great location in the beautiful village of Melbourne. The pub brews its own lager and beer which are exceptional. By far the best beer in the village especially the Dark Vaults Ale. Beautifully decorated room and bathroom. Nice and quiet as room is at the top of the building.

Very comfortable bed, well appointed room and excellent bathroom. Despite being by the road , it was surprisingly quiet and relaxing. Nice welcome and friendly.
