We were attending a friends wedding who lives in Newnham and wanted somewhere close to stay. This b and b was perfect. Tony’s communication prior to our stay was brilliant and he was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early so the bride could come and get ready in the room. The room was very clean and tidy, a fabulous size with lovely homely touches and a beautiful view. Breakfast was lovely and very organised. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcomed. Thank you for being wonderful hosts.

We loved the decor and the way that Paul has retained the feel of the building as the printing workshop it used to be. Paul is a great host and we enjoyed our stopover.

Grove Farm is situated off the beaten track in a delightfully quiet part of the countryside with beautiful views. It is a real home full of character, and we received a warm welcome from David and Penny who were most attentive to our needs, as well as providing useful information about interesting places to visit and good places to eat. Breakfasts were delicious! We would love to go back there again.

Excellent choices for breakfast, David is a fantastic host, nothing is too much trouble and so helpful. This is a proper old farmhouse B&B quite a way from the main road making it so peaceful and quiet, everything you need on hand, quaint, clean and very comfortable, if you're looking for luxury then it's possibly not for you but it you want stay on a farm with lovely views and plenty of walks then this I can thoroughly recommend! Hope to return again soon!
