Omg. The person that is manage this is really messy and not professional. They give two option no refundable and you pay a little more for refundable I chose that one. Guys, what the sh* I did. I didn’t use the room. I told them they say did you check the policy’s. Tell me if this person have morals and empathy? Even ask is possible if you don’t want to refund “literally or change the date” didn’t response me. Be careful money takers, they don’t give a sh* now laughing with my 66 pounds that I work for. My date interview was changed I told them but they didn’t care.

Pleasant stay, very comfy bed. Attentive/helpful host. Beautiful kitchen/lounge area. I could tell it was newly opened and I was actually the first occupant. So a few key things missing for a ‘luxury’ stay. Like full length mirror, TV in the room. I provided this feedback to the host and pretty sure these things will be implemented.
It was warm, clean and quiet, had a good night's sleep. Just what I needed.
The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

When we think about the circumstances, this place is the cheapest hotel in whole Manchester so what are you expect exactly? Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. House neat and clean. Comfortably furnished bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine is an added bonus. Good contact with the owner. Before arrival the owner informed about everything. The house contained everything needed.
