Delicious fish and chips when we arrived at lunchtime. Very friendly staff and lovely large room.

10/10. Not only was the house and room beautiful and comfortable, but Tim and Vivi’s hospitality is outstanding. Kind and welcoming, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Bed was incredibly comfortable, food filling and delicious (order the pad Thai!) and the shower was perfect. Room 3 is perfect if you want a private oasis with ensuite or if you are traveling with a child.

This was a magical spot! So perfect in every way. Only regret is that our stay was too short. Pub was wonderful! We will plan to return on our next trip to Engkand

Great location - Rooms are in nice quiet corners, very comfy bed!! Staff were very helpful, in particular the lovely female receptionist, she aided with taxis and questions about breakfast. Honestly, no complaints here!
the hotel was charming. there is a lot of history and the changes over the years have added to the appeal. From the moment we arrived the receptionist was welcoming and friendly and we had received a small upgrade in order to keep our 2 parties closer together.
all the staff were great and attentive and the restaurant was great too. A minor mistake with our order was corrected swiftly and brilliantly.
The rooms were very comfortable also.
