I stayed here two years ago for £85. It's been closed a while and I expected a refurbishment but it was just the same as it had been two years ago. Scruffy and rundown. This time it cost £135!
The staff were lovely and very helpful I was offered breakfast but went down the next day to be told it was closed.
Reception was also closed so I went in the rear entrance of the kitchen to hand my keys in.

Nigel is a friendly host and the bedroom was comfortable and quiet. Nigel took the trouble to explain how the shower worked, very straightforward but good to have the explanation. We had a full English breakfast and it was first class. We would go back.
