Beautifully appointed and presented accommodation. Rachael had considered everything that a visitor would need for their stay, from coffee and tea facilities, fruit and water to a well stocked bathroom, and everything in-between.
Accommodation was spotless but welcoming, and Rachael was even ready to provide food as I had had a long journey and arrived late.
The accommodation was easy to find, easily accessible and in a great location. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and will rebook when I am in the area again.

Lovely breakfast and such hospitable warm hosts. We were given a comfortable warm room with a suite as we stayed there 3 nights. Everything was of such a high standard, with little touches like room service everyday. Steve and Claudio could not do enough for us and were so helpful with solid advice about the area and where to visit. Despite being in their home we were able to have a peaceful and private hotel style break. Well worth every penny!

The property was immaculate and was situated in a quiet location.
The room had a bath in, and the grounds are stunning. The lady behind the bar was charming and chatty and the breakfast was filling and decent. The health club had most things you might need for a decent workout. Easy enough to get there, and Market Bosworth is a lovely town. Comfortable bed - quiet through the night.
I love the setting, look and atmosphere of this hotel. Feels like a little bit of luxury at an affordable price.
It was quiet when I stayed and it was nice to relax and watch the hotel ticking over after a busy Christmas no doubt.

Great location and characterful hotel, nice to have some spa facilities on hand too. The room was spacious, had a nice sofa and big TV and a bath you could actually lie in! It was also quiet at night.
Excellent value for money. Great location - the hotel has seen better days, but you get what you pay for. It was a nice, cheap night away for me and my daughter. She really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room.
