Clean. Comfortable. Little extras - crisps/coffee machine etc
I was only around for an evening but would come back and stay again and explore the town.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We booked to stay in the pod for our 1st wedding anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. We wanted a quiet private place and that is exactly what we got! The host had the hot tub ready when we arrived. It’s exactly what I expected, in the middle of nowhere would definitely stay again!
i thought it would be like a YHA hostel. I hadn't realised it was privately run. I wouldn't recommend it but it was cheap so I should have realised it wouldn't be very good. There was a heater in the room so that was a plus.
I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
Lovely charming cottage, full of character and in a great location. The mountain scenery is beautiful. There is a pub over the road and cafe a short walk away. We had everything we needed and Alex the host was very friendly and welcoming and made sure the heating was on for our arrival. Communication prior to our arrival was really good. Very dog friendly - would stay again!
Great location, right by the station and a short walk to the centre of town which has good shops, pubs and quaint antique and book stores. The property is very charming with an eclectic common room and good shared facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, warm and cozy. Communicative hosts. Great access to the CAT centre with the bus stop close by.

Great location, short walking distance to shops, etc. Accommodation had a cosy homely vibe. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. The area was very quiet at night. The heating was on a timer and it was lovely and warm when we got there, which was a nice surprise. TV even had Netflix working, which was a nice bonus after a big day out on the rainy hills. I would definitely stay again.
Breakfast was good well cooked and large portions. Would have liked some fresh fruit as listed on the menu.
The property is in the middle of being refurbished but room 5 where we stayed was already done.
Everything thing was new and obviously very clean.
Quiet room
Great location, friendly staff and very helpful when we were tight on time checking in for a wedding! Online pre check in was great and sped everything up at arrival. Rooms nice and clean and comfortable.
Excellent breakfast in morning, would definitely stay here again!
