The hotel was located perfectly to be able to access everything. The beach was literally a 10 min walk and was beautiful. All food places were within reach with a good variety of options. The hotel gives you some good recommendations of what to do whilst you’re staying there. Jason and Melanie are fabulous hosts and cater to your needs, the honesty bar is a great idea and ideal if you require anything like drinks and snacks.

The large bedroom and bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Nice decor. I liked the extras such as cereal, filtered water and milk, aling with brewing kit. Five minutes walk from the station, and close to all amenities. Info left in the room for takeaways, trips out and local attractions. Sarah the host was friendly and provided plasters in arrival as my granddaughter tripped and cut her knee.

I absolutely loved my stay.I had made a last minute booking to Goto a convention near by.
I arrived way outside of check in hours and Amy ,(the Owner of the BnB) went above and beyond to accommodate me. The room was sooo nice and warm, the perfect escape from the freezing cold outside .The hospitality and welcome was exactly what I needed after the very long trip I had been on.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .🤩

Great location, staff were more than helpful and friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and warm with comfortable bed. The selection at breakfast was more than enough and the cooked breakfast was lovely.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.

Great location, apartment was clean and welcoming, having your own private access to the hot tub and pool at certain times was amazing. It is dog friendly and Lorraine our host was always on hand to help, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is across the road from a lovely sandy beach which you can walk dogs on. My family really enjoyed the whole experience, such a lovely holiday and we have made great new memories.
The hotel was very quiet even although it is attached to the pub. The staff member in the mornings at breakfast was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable and there was a bath and a walk in shower in the large en-suite bathroom, all was spotlessly clean. There was a choice of adding a cooked breakfast which we did not but we had a nice surprise of a small continental breakfast, fruit juice, yoghurt , fresh fruit and toast included in the room rate.
The studio was perfect in every way really clean cumfy bed everything you need was in the room great location and very quiet at night nice welcome pack with milk in the fridge nice fresh fruit and biscuits will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends x
Very good price, great location.and a parking place which is vital in St Annes!
Clean spacious modern flat, very quiet.
Spotless white high quality bedding on a large comfortable bed.
Fresh fruit, cookies, bottles of water & a bottle of milk all there waiting for us, this is fantastic !
Thick dark curtains so we weren't woken too early by the light.
Big powerful shower.
Very clean and comfortable B&B. We got a good night's sleep for the 3 nights we stayed over as the beds were great and the hotel quiet.
Breakfast was also very relaxed. Help yourself buffet with good freshly brewed coffee, fresh fruit, large selection of cereal etc.
Overall, warm and welcoming hosts, great location 2 mins to beach and shops, good parking 👍
