The room was fantastic. Well designed, homely and comfy. Great facilities with lovely additional extras (like sleep eye masks (although not needed as the blackout curtains worked a treat)!)

Check in and out was simple. The hotel is well presented and cosy. The room was spotless and quiet. The bed was comfy with plenty of plug sockets and everything needed in the bathroom. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was 10/10.

I was under the impression a free breakfast was a cooked one but it was a continental one which was a surprise but there was plenty to choose from but they did did do a bacon, sausage and hash brown bap if you wanted it which we did so that was nice

Really comfortable big bed. Very clean. Lovely shower. Perfect for our needs. Great location near canal and very central to Lymm. We had wedding to attend at Statham Lodge hotel and could walk from the unit easily.

its a holiday home, location out of city, in the village. Very nice and clean environment, village atmosphere. even have public transport but good to have a car, about 30min drive to old trafford and city center and about 45min to Liverpool
