Wonderful traditional pub, with incredible menu all cooked to perfection. Spotless rooms, great shower, comfy bed, quiet at night. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, charming and efficient. I also liked that it was so dog-friendly, which added to the traditional atmosphere. A good choice of the better low-alcohol beers too.

Spotlessly clean, very clear and easy entry details to the property, great added benefit of having a washing machine and washing line in the very private garden. Great location to see the sights in Louth Handy off Street parking directly across the road. I would definitely recommend this place to stay while visiting this beautiful historic town.

The layout was well thought out and the generous spaces included a work space so coffee and kitchen tables stayed free. The decor was stylish and there was lots of natural light. It was well equipped, spotlessly clean, warm, and welcoming. It was also quiet and felt very private. We liked the stable style door, the divided twin room and the sweet treats that greeted us. The owners were really kind in letting us arrive later than stated in the info so we didn't have to rush or worry.

Location is superb; quiet and secluded yet right in the centre of Louth, perfectly placed to access the town's amenities. The house is charming; recently renovated, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The garden is delightful with many spring bulbs and flowers. The owner met us on arrival and was readily available if needed
