Very friendly and welcoming. Chris helped us already with the preparation of our trip, recommend restaurants (which we booked and enjoyed), and was always there when we had a question. Spotlessly clean place. Newly fitted room and brand new bathroom with spacious shower. Well lit bathroom, fluffy towels. High quality bedding with beautiful design. Absolutely quiet, we slept very well. Free tea, sodas and Whisky! Extensive breakfast with wide choice of classic and also vegetarian options. No wishes left open. Everything was prepared just for us, fresh and hot.
The location is within walking distance of some good restaurants (The Kitchen, Mustard Seed, Rocpool) and the river. Approximately 15 min from main bus station (if arriving from airport) and main train station.
We will gladly come again.

Good communication with Peter about arranging an early check in by request. Warm welcome from Zahara. Lovely spacious and comfortable room with everything we needed. Good breakfast and overall lovely house to stay in with two friendly hosts. We walked into town for drinks and a meal then walked to Eden Court which is a short walk from Heathcote. Quiet area, minimal traffic on the road compared to staying in the city centre. A great stay thank you!

This is a great B&B, everything was perfect. Great location, lovely decor and the rooms are clean and comfortable, Karl was an great host, he made us feel very welcome and offered up loads of great advice ahead of our NC500 trip, he’s a great chef too, breakfast was stunning. If we travel north of the border again, we will definitely stop here again.
Karl was a great host and made us feel so welcome. A beautiful location, and very comfortable stay with a brilliant breakfast. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
Amazing time. It was really awesome. Great host, very nice room, delicious breakfast, nespresso machine. I have no recommendation to make, everything was perfect.
Absolutely beautiful B&B more like a boutique hotel to be honest.
The room was gorgeous, no expense spared in the quality of the decor and fixtures and fittings.
The view of the loch from our room was amazing and the chairs and table in the bay window were marvellous, we sat all night just looking at the loch.
Carl and Carla were very welcoming and great hosts. The food was outstanding, definitely have an evening meal as Carl is a brilliant chef.
