A very large room with an equally large fully functional telly. Nice and warm! Very much a homestay. Upstairs there is a bath and a shower to choose from. There are also a very curious small dog and a cat to examine you. Loved the continental breakfast, some sandwiches, from the kitchen in the morning. Very close to Roundhay park.

Very clean & spacious. The main bedroom was lovely, and bathroom and toilet very nice and extremely clean. The social area was spacious and functional.
