A delightful hotel , with a wonderful host. Ivy is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Her welcome (right at the door) was warm and also covered all the things we needed to know.
The room was beautifully decorated. I particularly loved the window blinds – I’m not sure how to describe them - Pure white, rigid PVC louvres.
Everything in the bathroom is simple to use, and works well. There is a heater already in the room, for visitors who might find Irish summer evenings a bit chilly. There was a wonderful soft blanket in the cupboard, if the quilt was not enough. In Ireland we are famous for our breakfasts, and Ivy did herself proud with an Irish authentic, hearty filling breakfast. Just the thing to set travellers off to a good start. THANK YOU Ivy, for having such a wonderful place.

Everything was just perfect! Good location, free parking, very nice and clean rooms. It has everything you can wish for! Breakfast was very good as well and most of all the warm friendliness of Carol gave us a welcome feeling!

What a fabulous property! A very comfortable room, huge bathroom stocked with anything I could need. The house has a lot of character and is beautifully decorated. I loved the amazing garden. The host was so attentive and helpful and made me a delicious healthy breakfast. I loved that she let me just have time to myself unless I needed anything but was there for any questions and also I enjoyed our chats. The beach is a short walk away and also can walk or drive to Ballygally Castle Hotel for a drink/meal. Ballygally is just beautiful and I really enjoyed staying at this property.

Jonny and Dee are amazing hosts. Everything from the minute we arrived was perfect. The family room was great size for our family of four. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful each morning, and we enjoyed the evening snacks of homemade rhubarb pie, and brownies and tea!! Jonny also had lots of great ideas of where to go, do. We could not have enjoyed this accommodation more! Every thing was just so wonderful!! I hope to be back. Thank you again.

There is nothing not to like! Perfect spot for a group of family or friends or both! Great spacious communal areas, great location for the coast and also a straight forward drive from Belfast! So quaint and picturesque but with a modern edge inside whilst keeping its features, it’s perfect!
Seaview cottage is a beautifully kept mid-century, one level house with amazing views across Ballygally. It has everything you need in the property. The owners personality shows across the whole property with a mix of retro, quirky and stylish modern furnishings. Super comfy beds, very clean throughout. Just a stones throw from the beach on a quiet private road. The photos don't do the property justice in my honest opinion. We briefly met the hosts at the property, they were very warm and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.
Beautiful house, stylishly decorated with all the comforts. The room was large, clean and spacious, as was the private bathroom. Nice common areas where you can relax. Excellent breakfast in the lovely breakfast room. The owners are very helpful and do everything to make your stay very pleasant. Thank you!
In a nice quiet area above Ballygally, the room was lovely with comfortable bed, lovely hotel quality bedding and pillows, and a tray of coffee tea water etc to make drinks. The shower was great. Breakfast was great in the conservatory with lovely views, we had lovely fruit, cooked food, cereals and toast. Lovely couple run the b and b.
