A place with real character. Staff was extremely helpful. When a breakdown caused as major delay arriving, (after midnight), we had access to our room, and the staff even provided sandwiches for our very late dinner. Meals were convenient and delicious.

This was a lovely small hotel, like a B & B very close to friends who we were visiting in Langport. The staff were so kind and helpful. The bed was, honestly, one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Each staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I was actually a little sad to move on to London after our few days in the country side.

Despite the age of the Inn, it is beautifully appointed and charming. Since the Inn is closed Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays, we weren’t able to take advantage of the wonderful food we hear they have. Food is available about 5 miles away. We’d definitely stay again!

Lovely building, excellent quality food, friendly but professional staff
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The staff were very friendly and professional. Our room had good facilities, double bed, wardrobe, fridge, tv and bathroom with a good shower. We had dinner and breakfast at the pub and both were very good.
Lots of room and fabulous gardens for the kids to play. Great location too as most facilities for supplies and takeaways in the local
Village. Very quiet and peaceful place to spend some time and the gardens are so good, you don’t really need to leave to have that relaxed countryside experience.
The property was secluded, quiet, spacious, private - everything you could ask for! All of the furnishings, decorations and appliances were all to a very high standard and you can tell that it is well looked after!
