Carol and Jules were sweethearts, friendly atmosphere, nice sitting room dining area with a very good selection books, rooms were very comfortable and clean and breakfast was a lovely, some feed perfect before going on hikes.

The location is beautiful right on the water and the room was lovely and had everything you need. The bathroom was also lovely with a good shower. Plenty towels and lovely little chocolates upon arrival on towels so little touches which were appreciated. Simple check in and breakfast menu and the breakfast was lovely too.

This charming and historic house offers lovely apartments in a quiet and peaceful location with truly spectacular views of Holy Isle. The wonderful town of Lamlash is a marvellous base with much to see and do, charming cafes and a choice of places to eat. The cookhouse was fantastic, fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area.
Beds were super comfy and the best shower I've ever used on a trip away, great water pressure. Fantastic spot for bird watching and even saw 3 beautiful bat's in flight over Huts. Very quiet. Was at top of steep hill, so maybe not best for people with mobility difficulties.
