The ambiance and the location of the room was great. The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was great as well. We could walk to most places within 20 minutes. There were many food choices around the hotel.

A very warm welcome from Yvonne who was always on hand to answer questions. Spacious hallway with a seat (and shoe horn!) to take off wet boots when returning from a walk by the sea. Yvonne also offered drying facilities for wet coats. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked food and a wonderful selection of fresh fruit. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.
The breakfast was the best we've had over the years and nothing was to much trouble. The hosts were excellent. Great location for areas away fromkinghorn within easy time scales. The train journey was cheap and great viewing into Edinburgh.
Spacious & clean bedroom/bathroom located in a former church in a quiet residential area. There is a large common room to relax with TV and information folders about the region. The host was wonderful and served an excellent breakfast.
Cozy room with everything we needed. Excellent breakfast. Great hosts who even recommended a fantastic restaurant for a dinner. Charming little town, good connection to Edinburgh city centre by train.
Beautiful property in a great location. Room lovely and comfortable and lots of little extras provided free of charge. Yvonne and Steve are great hosts nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent great choice and all freshly cooked.
Would definitely recommend
Lovely B and B, comfy bed, nice bathroom, quiet at night, plenty of thoughtful touches, spacious guest lounge with TV, excellent breakfast with good quality ingredients, plenty of car parking at the front, within walking distance of shops, beach, station etc, friendly and helpful hosts. It works out quite expensive for a single person but is good value for a couple. The location suited me well because it’s a short walk from the station (only 40 mins into central Edinburgh on frequent trains) and from the house of relatives.
great location, spotlessly clean, lovely owners and excellent breakfast ( made at a time to suit us)
