10/10. Not only was the house and room beautiful and comfortable, but Tim and Vivi’s hospitality is outstanding. Kind and welcoming, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Bed was incredibly comfortable, food filling and delicious (order the pad Thai!) and the shower was perfect. Room 3 is perfect if you want a private oasis with ensuite or if you are traveling with a child.

We had a lovely overnight stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The B&B is in a great location close to Leicester town centre and has beautiful countryside views.

Gave us info on walking routes. Felt more like we were staying with family as it was so comfortable. Attention to detail in the rooms was fantastic. Including cake on arrival & fluffy dressing gowns.
Great location, super room which felt like a hotel room and loved our patio overlooking open grazing land complete with sheep! Good selection of pubs and restaurants for an evening meal too. Delicious breakfast too!
