Travelled with another couple for a 2night stay in Irvine and we had 2 out of the 3 available cottage rooms. Great accommodation with easy parking and access. Sits at the back of a house with rooms to let from the same host. Lovely, recently refurbed accommodation with a great small sitting area outside each of the rooms. Rooms have a fridge or wine fridge for keeping drinks cool which is a great addition. Bathroom has a roomy shower - which had good pressure.
In the heart of Irvine, Braidmead House is just 2 miles from the sandy beaches of the Firth of Clyde. With free parking and free WiFi, the guest house also offers fine Scottish breakfasts.

Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of cooked and snacks, etc. Great hospitality from the owners, they really do everything they can for the guests, very-very nice people! House is great, parlor with a variety of drinks, ice, magazines, room is also very clean and nice, comfortable bed, etc.

We traveled for a show at the Harbour Arts Centre next door. Location was petfect. Late check out granted at no additional cost. Free parking directly outside the property.

Our Employees refused to stay in this place as it was run down, filthy, damp and smelling. I have been in contact 3 times with the Company to request a full refund but they are ignoring me.

We were given a warm welcome on our arrival, after a gruelling 8 hours drive from the South of England.
The room was clean and spacious. The bed comfortable. We were not disturbed by any noise at night.
There was a good choice of cereal , yogurts, microwave pots of porridge, breakfast bars, fresh fruit and of course, tea and coffee.
Given our stay was during the height of holiday season, I believe it was good value, compared to some of the other accommodation we stayed at in Scotland that week.
As and when we travel up to Ardrossan again, we shall certainly keep Moira and Edenmore in mind.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.

Very convenient location, quiet yet only 15 minutes walk takes you through the town centre to the railway station. Attractive and well equipped rooms, with a spacious residents' lounge as well. Excellent breakfast, cooked to individual request. Friendly and very helpful owners.

Little hidden gem. Beautiful room, private outdoor patio right under the window. Very clean and tastefully but practical. Our favourite touch was the dog pack- a fluffy towel, stainless steel bowls and a portion pack of dried food, very thoughtful 😁. Perfect location for a night after all the walking on Aaron, very quiet and peaceful. Great host and clear communication. We will definitely stay here again.
The flat is in a great location, close to the harbour side pubs, restaurants, shops and the beach. It’s secure and in a quiet area. The flat is well equipped and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
