The hosts were really pleasant, room very well presented, and plenty of space. Good selection of teas and coffee in the room.
The hosts were able to acomidate us with an early breakfast request as we had to leave at 7:15 in the morning on a Sunday for a marathon and were able to fuel us up for it.

Well appointed, well decorated and great location. Tom is a great host and made sure we were well looked after. Easy check in instructions too. We loved the virtual art work in the living room! Scones, cream and jam were also a lovely touch.
Pleasant quiet area of town , situated high on the slope. Ample safe parking and Wi-Fi provided. Although I never had time to use all facilities, it was well equipped with lounge and bar, tv’s, library, and lovely outside garden area for relaxing. The management team of the two ladies were well organised and gave a warm welcome. In room tea/coffee and toiletries excellent. Breakfast was a super full English, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt - yummy.
Never been to this pub before, but were treated like a locals and felt like regulars.
Although no parking facilities an adequate car park with 24 hr parking available only 100 yards away.
Location of the Sandpiper is excellent on the busy harbour road.Probably not for people looking for a quiet stay, but we enjoyed the quirkiness of the place and characters in the bar. Excellent breakfast.

Beautiful House and great location. We were the first to stay in this property as a holiday let so everything was brand new and spotless. The garden was lovely and very private. Very quiet area. Ilfracombe within easy walking distance, Woolacombe just a short drive and a lovely park just up the road is worth a visit. Would definitely book again. Dog friendly.
