Warm friendly welcome from our hosts. Large spacious rooms. Mini fridge stocked with water and milk. Honesty bar to help ourselves to. Room nice and warm, air con unit that blasts out hot air as well as small plug in radiator. Breakfast was cooked to order with lots to choose from. Grounds were set in a beautiful location. It is such a lovely place and is nice and clean and well maintained. Very quiet too! The staff were lovely and attentive. We requested a late check out and we had the offer of a late breakfast too. Very accommodating. We will be booking again in the future.

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, has nice touches like games and books available to guests, the fire lit in the evening, and the bed was clean and really comfortable! The setting of the property is so peaceful and tranquil. I received a warm welcome and the pub was super cosy with a lit fire. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. There was a great big bathtub too. Breakfast options were great and the staff were brilliant throughout my stay. Also a great pub food menu. I will be visiting again when next in the area for work.

Perfect weekend escape for couple. Super private, comfortable, very clean, 5 star experience stay in the middle of beautiful nature. Amazing breakfast served by incredible hosts. Great surprise was to experience Michelin level dinner experience in pub Old Beams, next door to Thatched Eaves. Very short drive distance to Burley, from where can explore New Forest.

An absolutely beautiful property with amazing hosts who really spoil their guests. Everything is designed for the guests comfort and enjoyment. It was spotless and the shower is amazing. The breakfast was lovely and the private balcony with fairy lights is a lovely touch.
It was a lovely clean ,quiet & comfortable bungalow with wonderful views from the back garden over looking fields with horses and goats. So close to the New Forest great location & lovely walks. Very relaxing. The owners were very friendly .
