Booking.com had overbooked the hotel, the owner was very apologetic and put us in the king room that was just being finished. The bed was comfy, room was warm and quiet, the shower drain backed up a little but as said it was not quite finished, I would stay here again.
For £68 we have no complaints, it's not the Ritz but it did not claim to be..pub and rooms are in a nice location.

I wanted a base for Kimbolton, Huntingdon and Bedford and Tilbrook was perfect. For mýself, I loved the quiet rural location. My room was spotless and very comfortable. Separate entrance for guests suits both guests and hosts.

Beautifully clean and very comfortable. Private entry with key safe and gate codes so easy for us to come and go. Good parking and security light lit up for us to see when we got back in the dark in the quiet residential close. Was a great base for us whilst we visited family nearby and Jane the host was very helpful.
