Dog and castle, hotel in Huntingdon

Situated in Wood Walton and with University of Cambridge reachable within 47 km, Dog and castle features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace.

Booking.com had overbooked the hotel, the owner was very apologetic and put us in the king room that was just being finished. The bed was comfy, room was warm and quiet, the shower drain backed up a little but as said it was not quite finished, I would stay here again. For £68 we have no complaints, it's not the Ritz but it did not claim to be..pub and rooms are in a nice location.

An old coaching inn with bags of character. Large room, comfortable bed and great shower. The quiet fan in the room was appreciated, stayed when there was actually some warm weather. Choice of continental or full English breakfast, both very good. Great location for centre of town. Friendly staff 😃

Beautifully clean and very comfortable. Private entry with key safe and gate codes so easy for us to come and go. Good parking and security light lit up for us to see when we got back in the dark in the quiet residential close. Was a great base for us whilst we visited family nearby and Jane the host was very helpful.
