    Great location - very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful fields Good equipment - we used the hot tub and the barbecue Good accomodation, comfy bed, good shower, nice little welcome hamper Lynne is very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend for a romantic escape.

    Reading fest. Great value good hotel only 20 mins away from reading festival nice and.quiet has great swimming pool.. ordered fish and chip the best meal ever had hand made chips and fish hand bettered hot and crispe 4 star the only bad point is i stayed for 4 nights and my room was not changed or cleaned or re stocked up towel coffee milk for 4 days.but very clean to start with cheap then hoilday inn and others and much much better .

    Everything was brilliant but definitely the peace and quiet was what we were after and definitely had that, Lynne was great, made us feel very welcome and provided with everything we needed, the location is very private as well.
