We chose this property because it was close to our friend who lives in Holywood. The area is beautiful and the property was lovely, comfortable and a fun place to stay. Our host Tim was very amiable and a great conversationalist. We especially loved meeting all the other travelers in the breakfast room. We definitely plan to return!

Love the location! It was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. Great spot for going for a nice walk along the water or through a park. The included breakfast was delicious and more than enough.- especially the pancakes.

The hosts, Donna & James, are of warm & welcoming. They offered very helpful suggestions as to what to do in and around town. The property itself is charming and well-appointed. Everything is clean, cozy and comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent; a perfect way to start your day exploring Belfast. The neighborhood is very safe and excellent public transportation is a little more than a block away. This was our first time visiting Belfast and when we return, we’ll definitely be staying at Roseleigh House!

Carol is fantastic, I knew I liked her the instant she opened the door. It got better from there! Her home is beautiful and her taste is excellent so there isn’t anything to improve on. Mary, the sweet kitty was equally lovely. Carol prepared a lovely breakfast for us and our only regret was not having more time there.when in Belfast, I highly recommend staying at the Beautiful BnB as only Carol can do.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
This place was just lovely, clean and comfortable and in a great location minutes walk from everywhere in a nice quiet residential street, and the host was great and helpful and contactable and replied if needed, not that I needed anything as everything was just perfect. I also got lucky with the weather to enjoy the terrace out the back :) I’d definitely stay again.

Situated in an elevated, quiet location just outside of the town, Rayanne house is within walking distance of everything you need, shops, transport etc., easy, short commute to the city. Quirky, lovely room. Excellent breakfast, huge choice, great produce used. Very helpful staff including purchasing flowers locally for us for a funeral.
Downshire Haven is a lovely little house in a great location. Holywood is a lovely district with plenty of facilities nearby and great for traveling the short distance to central Belfast by train.
The house is furnished to a really high standard and most of the fixtures are high end.
Even though the house is so close to the centre of Holywood, it's very quiet so we slept well, a very comfortable place to stay for a few days.
