It was very close to the airport, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable, the shower/water pressure was one of the best I’ve had in all of my stays in England, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. There are brilliant links to the terminals. We use the pods from the hotel to T5. Cheaper and quicker than a taxi and can use the transport between terminals. It is our go to hotel at the airport now.

Bus to Terminal 3 was a 3 min walk and vastly cheaper than taxi or shuttle. It also took 10 mins.
