We enjoyed the views, the property, the food was amazing. We were fully catered for. Chris and Christine were a lovely couple that couldn't do enough. We will be visiting again in the future.

The location is brilliant right in the middle of Hay with free parking, close to a nice pub that served good food. The breakfasts were tasty and freshly cooked with delicious coffee and enough to last you the day. Plenty of hot water and nice and cosy in the room especially as the weather was not kind during our stay. Diana and the staff were very friendly.

Rebecca and Stephen were perfect hosts, very friendly and attentive. The house was absolutely beautiful, just perfect. And the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had when away. I can't wait to be back again.

We booked this property very last minute, (due to booking with another property and choosing a room with a bath, on arrival, they couldn’t offer us that and we had a refund). We arrived within 5-10 mins of booking and we were met with a friendly wave from someone in a car, in passing. On arrival we were absolutely stunned by the beauty of this property, including a gigantic Christmas tree in the middle of the courtyard that was lit up superbly! We had been left a key with our name on and an envelope with some info too. Heading towards our room was such a good first impression and the room was absolutely beautiful! The bath had a jacuzzi too and I could have cried I was so happy! 🤣
It snowed heavily the night we stayed which made it so magical, due to this, breakfast was prepared, cooked and served by one lady and she did a tremendous job. A really lovely stay and we would definitely return!

Very charming apartment in a perfect location at the city centre. Very silent place with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable and spacious living room and bedroom. I totally recommend it!
Such a lovely flat to stay in. Had clear instructions to setup the sofa bed, was very cosy, clean and well stocked. Plus a great location - on a quiet road but within walking distance to the centre of town.
The house was in a great location, a short walk from the centre but quiet. Everything had been well thought through - every kitchen item you could think of was provided, lovely bedding and comfy beds, locally sourced soft furnishings, lots of games to play, lovely local toiletries. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the home comforts provided.
I stayed with a group of friends and we had no complaints. A perfect base to explore Hay on Wye from
It is a lovely old building that used to be a pub and in a great location for town centre. We loved the pool and made good use of it, having it to ourselves once and sharing with one other person the other time. Breakfast was ample, with a good choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. An added bonus was the private parking at the back of the property but it is quite a narrow access. Room was quaint with lovely old features.
