We had an exceptional time here. There were so many extra special touches including fresh pasteurised milk from Becky's farm, a lovely welcoming log burning fire at breakfast and even transport to the start and end of our route along the South West Coast path when we couldn't find a taxi. This was definitely a B&B we will remember with very fond memories.

Lovely friendly staff, buzzy bar, tasty breakfast. The bed was comfortable, good sheets and decent towels.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
In a quiet Location. Cosy comfortable cottage on farm land well away from road noise. Great host who where there if we needed anything but left us alone to enjoy our time away. Great bed and we slept so well. Wood burner was very efficient throwing out lots of heat. But equally the underfloor heating was great to. We loved watching the birds everyday as there was a bird feeder in the garden and saw deer on one of our walks in the fields behind the cottage.
we have stayed before and it was lovely to come and stay again in the hut this time, Anna is lovely and gave us a bottle of Prosecco as it was my husbands birthday ! Lovely surrounding peaceful and quiet and lots of private space to have a bbq and drinks
The cottages are comfortable, clean and well fitted out. It's an excellent location, with hiking trails,
fantastic scenery and an awesome waterfall at Spekes mill mouth. It did feel like being in an episode of game of thrones, hiking amongst all the vast landscape, minus the sword weilding bandits and dragons! Back at the cottages, there is full access to the gym, sauna and steam which are great for use after a full day out. Peaceful, quiet and soothing, with great hosts to assist along the way, when needed!
