The property was easy to reach on foot as it’s right on the Coastal Path as it passes through Buckhaven. The building was easy to access with the code, the rooms were set up very nicely and the whole place was so clean. Beds were comfortable and lots of little extras in the room like a small fridge, microwave, milk, and dishes. John was a friendly host who was a great help with directions and good suggestions and luggage transfer.

Never got a chance to stay here. Made and paid for reservation 5 months in advance to be told the day of arrival that the room was double booked. Blaming booking.com for the error. Moved to a crappy room in west musselburgh and told the price was the same.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Location was great and clearly perfect for 8 singles going to play/watch golf. Private garden, functional living spaces downstairs - the one bathroom that was refurbished was very good
A cosy home away from home in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach as well as wander around Gullane. It was lovely and peaceful and the outside patio was a bonus.
The location was was perfect for golfers and dogs and the staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very reasonably priced, as was the excellent house wine. There is a large private car park.
This was a self contained property with lovely private garden in very quiet area. In one direction one could walk to a beautiful beach in about 5-10 minutes and in the other arrive in the village with its very good wee shops and excellent restaurants.
