Location, ambience and hospitality.
Located within a huge sheep farm, we felt we were as cut off from the bustling city as we wanted to be. Sarah was traveling but her dad, Collin was a wonderful host regaling us with his stories and the history of the place

The host is so kind, and the area is beautiful. I stayed in Abergavenny during Green Man so that I could take the shuttle from there, and as a solo female traveller, I never felt unsafe. Everyone is so quiet and kind. The single room was very comfy, and the view was spectacular. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Harry and Nicola are excellent hosts. The breakfast experience was brilliant. The room was everything you could hope for. Great location. Great range of restaurants within easy distance.
Exceptional hosts Kel & Mel , so friendly and Kel so knowledgeable, I swear we could have chatted for ages and we did, this was a mini break. My second time here. Great location to get around.
The breakfasts were incredible, attention to details is an understatement. The room was good and spacious, and the bed was a dream.
To be honest, im thinking when can I book next.

Harry and Nicola are exceptionally welcoming. 👌😊 Great location with stunning views, with a short canal walk to a quaint town with 2 very nice pubs that serve excellent food and a good selection of drinks. Breakfast is spot on according to the Mrs as I was worse for wear. Haha, the fantastic views across the valley to sugar loaf are also beautiful 😍. Will most definitely stay there again as I miss Harry sense of humour already. A wonderful place and 11/10 from me. Thanks again both. See you soon 100%
Really nice rooms with an excellent breakfast.
The price was very reasonable, 50 minutes from Cardiff where we intended to stay but £600 cheaper!
Thank you.
A first class luxury bed and breakfast. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Harry who showed us around the house . Our bedroom was comfy and spotless with a beautiful view over the gardens.
Nicola and Harry were the perfect hosts providing everything their guests would need. Breakfast was delicious and presented and cooked to a high standard. We enjoyed the cakes and drinks available in the afternoon and ate them sitting in the drawing room by a log fire.
There is ample car parking and the views from the house are stunning.
Great hosts, felt really welcome, lovely house and all the little luxury touches were great.
