The breakfast was lovely and I appreciated the good quality sausage!
Ian was very friendly and I loved meeting his equally friendly little dogs. He gave me great information about the area as I'm thinking about moving here.

Great stay. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Requested a vegetarian breakfast, which was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely time here! Graham and Karen were excellent hosts and I would definitely recommend asking Graham about local walks in the area as he pointed us to some excellent ones.

Lovely apartment, responsive hosts, perfectly set out with some nice welcoming touches. Great location close to both city and nature
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a wonderful view over the garden and the surrounding hills. Just a short walk into Forfar town centre and close to Kirriemuir which is a short 15 minute car journey.
Ian was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very enjoyable, fresh fruit followed by a vegan hot breakfast.
Beautifully decorated with every detail made with consideration. It was very clean and comfortable. Lots of toiletries were available and lots of choice for breakfast to help ourselves to. Excellent shower over the bath in our private bathroom. We were able to come and go and given a key to the main door. The house is in a quiet street, quite tight when driving up to the house but there is space in the driveway. All in all we loved it and would stay again if in the area. Thank you for having us!
Great location in the centre of town with its own private carpark. Nice clean and comfortable room. Good menu for evening meals and cooked breakfast was nice. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Ian was a great host. He was very helpful in pointing out things to do in the are and he made a lovely breakfast for us in the morning. The property was on the outskirts of the town and it was very quiet.
Superb clean accommodation with excellent large room and bathroom. Quiet location and great parking. Excellent breakfast. Use of the private swimming pool a great bonus.
Comfortable beds, clean and good facilities. excellent hosts.
Really quiet private caravan site, well maintained with lovely surrounding scenery.
Dog and child friendly!
Perfect location for walkers/dog walks and family days out! Places we went to were soldiers leap (killiecrankie), queen's view, Glenclova/Glen doll, Glamis Castle and Brechin
all within 1-1.5hr drive and well worth it for the views!
