Excellent well run hotel. Very clean and the breakfasts are fantastic.
The room was on the small side, but given buildings of this style, we expected that. Nice functional bathroom, with quality fittings and proper well installed tiles (the plastic cladding you often see is awful)
Nice to also not see any mould anywhere in the shower area (bleach spray being used I reckon) It's amazing how many hotels don't have particularly clean bathrooms.
All the staff were friendly and genuinely sincere and warm. Shout out to the specialist cleaning assistant. She was lovely and obviously is doing a tremendous job as stated.
You can always pick up via the staff, that any organisation is well run from the top down, by how happy they are. The Helaina ticked all the boxes.

Absolutely stunning accommodation. It is in a lovely location with the pub straight across the road. Everything you need and more. Parking available too which is a bonus.

On arrival we were greeted by Sonia, who was lovely & friendly & showed us to our room.
Our room was beautifully presented it smelled lovely & clean with beautiful white bedding. Beds were VERY comfy.
The breakfast was delicious & plenty to choose from (hot or cold option).
The hotel is in a great location, everything within walking distance.

Enjoyed the Promenade B&B it was a really nice place to return to after each days competition at the East Riding Leisure Pool for the Bridlington swim club seaside special meet.

Chris is an excellent host. Very welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Great location, comfy beds. Excellent breakfast choices and great quality.

The location to the coast was excellent. We didn't use the car we used the local public transport. 10 minutes to Filey from the village. The village was very very quiet and the property was in its own private grounds with free parking. The property was very spacious and not cluttered. The hosts were on hand immediately when we messaged them.
Great location and brilliant resort. Quiet and away from the town but close enough to seaside towns of Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. Lovely walk to the beach which was very close by. All the staff at the resort and other guests were friendly and helpful. The apartment and the resort was very clean and well maintained. Easy to access the property on arrival using the key box. No need to check in. Amazing, comfy, huge bed and lovely linen. The property accepted our dog which was great and they had dog bowls for him. Very reasonable price.
