Best Area Close to Leeds Centre, hotel in Leeds

Boasting inner courtyard views, Best Area Close to Leeds Centre provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 3.4 km from Roundhay Park.

This is a hidden gem, outstanding set up, lovely garden and fabulous hosts. Roy and Joanne couldn’t do enough for us. Originally booked up for 1 night but our plans changed and we needed to stay for 2 nights. Chocolates by the bed, snacks, Prosecco and even non alcoholic lager were the little extras that show Roy and Joanne go that extra mile for their guests. Breakfast was delicious and they cater for all your needs. We will definitely be retuning, need to play more scrabble ☺️

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was well-furnished and spacious. We had a lovely sleep and woke up feeling very refreshed. The whole house had a very charming and cosy feeling. We honestly couldn't fault the place - It was also an ideal location for what we planned to do during our stay.

Lots of character with beautifully maintained gardens. I particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the back garden patio - delightful aroma of spring flowers! Bed was particularly comfortable too. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the host, Ewa - thank you, I will be back!

I tell you what! Amazing! Couldn’t fault, not really any constructive criticism other than possible too cheap. Check experience was second to none, made me feel at ease, couldn’t do enough for me. Not really used to guesthouse/bnb but I was put at ease immediately and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Breakfast cooked to order, filtered coffee, best fresh orange think I’ve ever tasted and the best bits of a full English on request. Honestly, for a business trip you cannot fault this guesthouse
