Really friendly hosts, breakfast was beautiful and good choice, felt at home and easy to come and go without feeling awkward. Accommodated an early breakfast which was so helpful. Appreciated having fresh milk in our room for tea. Really enjoyable, comfortable stay.

For my son and I, this B&B was prefect. Would highly recommend it. Lain, the host was great, friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, self service between 6am and 10am with amazing choice. Rooms are great and with secure parking as well, it really ticked all the boxes for us.
If I had some up the overall feel of the place, it’s like a 4 star B&B and a 5 star hostel rolled into one. Even had a laundry room. Great place, thanks Iain, we will definitely be back

On arrival, the housekeeper, Chris, came across the road to open up. She was friendly and helpful. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Breakfast is continental but you have the option to cook your own brekkie if required. Pub in the village is a 10 mins walk and is awesome with filling food available; great atmosphere.

On arrival we were greeted on first name terms and made to feel very welcome. The room and facilities were spacious and comfortable and we were brought a fresh pot of coffee by our host. The bathroom was warm with an efficient shower and plenty of towels. The location was within walking distance of our evening venue and though by the A63 road, we heard no traffic because of the very effective triple glazing. The breakfast menu provided much choice and was well cooked and well presented. The best booking I have made via Booking.com.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The lady who owns the property seemed to go out of her way to make sure our stay was good
We arrived quiet late after work and the lady was very helpful to us
Also great safe parking opposite the property for our large work van and 4x4 Also very good breakfast
An exceptional place to stay if visiting nearby Ponty or surrounding area.
Ideal quiet location, with our rooms being spotless.. and we (5) had a superbly comfortable sleep. No saggy mattresses, clean rooms with uber friendly host. The morning breakfast,sumptuous,..and the home made butter and jam with our toast and full breaky set us all up for the day.Well worth a stay, and excellent value for money
The host was very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was well-furnished and spacious. We had a lovely sleep and woke up feeling very refreshed. The whole house had a very charming and cosy feeling. We honestly couldn't fault the place - It was also an ideal location for what we planned to do during our stay.
Lots of character with beautifully maintained gardens. I particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the back garden patio - delightful aroma of spring flowers! Bed was particularly comfortable too. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the host, Ewa - thank you, I will be back!
I tell you what! Amazing!
Couldn’t fault, not really any constructive criticism other than possible too cheap.
Check experience was second to none, made me feel at ease, couldn’t do enough for me.
Not really used to guesthouse/bnb but I was put at ease immediately and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Breakfast cooked to order, filtered coffee, best fresh orange think I’ve ever tasted and the best bits of a full English on request.
Honestly, for a business trip you cannot fault this guesthouse
Nice decor, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, and a friendly host.
