Kind hosts and nice room. Good value for money and super location for looking around the centre of town. Spotlessly clean!
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Charming little cottage in delightful location, beautifully decorated, and appointed to a very high standard. Clever use of space and though tiny it didn't feel at all cramped. Very central and convenient, yet quiet and secluded, with suntrap courtyard garden. Perfect!
This place is brilliant..its quiet and the Lodge itself has everything you need. The hot tub is relaxing and there is plenty to do in the area.
Frankie and Jonathon are great hosts and leave you things to have breakfast with. There is some decking you can sit out on and the lights make it all look nice in the evening.I would defo recommend staying here. There is also a bbq you can use .
Beautiful cottage in quiet village close to everything I needed.
Private bathroom and shower. Room was very quaint and lovely comfortable bed.
Breakfast was to die for.
Vicky and Robin could not have been more welcoming and charming. They were definitely a ‘cut above’ as hosts; the accommodation and hospitality provided, including an excellent breakfast, were all first rate.
I will definitely stay again when visiting family nearby.
We did not wait long to check in. Room was pleasant and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Clean bathroom and room and clean sheets which was very nice. Carpet in good state and felt luxury. Furniture all good quality and condition.
We would stay again and perhaps for longer next time to enjoy the sa and gym and pool next time.
It has a very old English character, I can imagine this place lights up fabulously during Christmas time. I find the hotel very quaint and quirky. The Vintage Snug which was sufficient for a night’s stay was quiet and comfortable. Me and my partner liked it. Breakfast the next day was awesome. Service staff was very attentive and helpful.
Lovely large room. It was quiet in spite of being near a main road. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in room with usual tea and coffee making facility. Plenty of hanging space.
Breakfast was good with cereal fresh fruit and full English. Variety of teas.
Evening meal was delicious. Service in the restaurant was great. All the staff were professional and friendly.
The spa looked lovely though didn't use.
