This is a charming hotel with character offering old English hospitality from a well travelled host. Once in the courtyard, reminiscent of a French holiday chateau, you get the feel that you are now staying with old friends, where nothing is too much trouble and you can relax and unwind with a game or two, such as bagatelle. Excellent Wifi. Good cooked breakfast.

Big apartment and good value. Loads of room in the property and a nice garden at the back. Plenty of parking and very quiet at night. A lovely area and although it’s on a busy ish road it was set back and our apartment was at the back of the courtyard.

The studio room was a good size and overlooked the garden, very quiet and modern with a little kitchenette which was very useful. The beds were really comfortable and we had a fold up bed for our daughter which was also comfy. Very happy to see they had blackout blinds too. Peter was the main contact there and he was very helpful. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel overall is very cosy and I can see that it would be a lovely place to stay in the summer as the outdoor seating area is a nice touch.
