For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Pretty good room with a clean private bathroom, Walkable to the tube station, good parking and I felt this to be pretty good value for money in greater London.
This was a brilliant place to have as a base to go all around London. It was so quiet and so friendly. We will definitely be recommending and definitely be back. To a place we would like to think as our new holiday home. Thank you
Host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, had everything we needed, quiet and had designated off street parking. Public transport links were good with underground stations at Burnt Oak & Queensbury within a 10-15min walk taking you straight in to central London within half an hour.
Warm, freshly renovated, situated in a quiet, safe little cul-de-sac. All the basic facilities you'd want in a safe-catering facility to ensure a comfortable stay as a family, including good WiFi, a private parking space right outside the front door, and all the TV channels. Travelling alone as a young mother with 3 kids, I particularly appreciated how responsive and helpful the apartment manager made herself - we felt well taken care of.
It is a quiet location in London with a really nice host and a sweet room. It’s not close to the city centre but very good connected through the metro and various bus lines. Shops, supermarkets etc are close by. I’d definitely would recommend this place. Just that you know, a cat and a dog live there, which was really cute for me but could be a problem for people with allergies.

Little typical house on a quiet street within a lively area. Has a small garden, plenty of light. Good heating. Large TV. Equipped kitchen. Beds were clean and comfortable. Not a luxury stay but perfect for our needs.
