The property was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Thoughtful extras were provided like home made cake in the room upon our arrival, milk, juice, cereals, teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Plus an amazing breakfast cooked by Vicky each morning who was a great host and also provided us with handy travel recommendations for our trip.

The location was perfect, with stunning views over the Loch, away from the road so nice and quiet. The bed was comfy and there was a large bathroom. Both our hosts were very friendly and helpful and we have many great chats, mainly with David at breakfast time. Breakfast was good and I was offered porridge which was not on the menu. Nothing was too much trouble from our hosts who made sure we had everything we needed.

Very well equipped, everything we needed for our overnight and a great breakfast of cereals, porridge, fruit, juices, teas and coffee set up for it to use in the room - very well organised. Lovely big en-suite room with great views. Stayed for one night to get the ferry the next morning.

A quirky charming property. Although we would not usually go for a property with shared facilities, the arrangements worked fine. There were lovely touches such as the amazing free selection of sweet treats. Angus our host kindly accommodated our late arrival from the late night ferry into Uig.
Great location with beautiful views out front window. Comfortable room, shared bathroom was clean and well supplied with toiletries, etc. Angus was a great host, made us very welcome and the breakfast was delicious 👍...best smoked salmon we have ever tasted..would highly recommend. The location - near some good eating places, and also the port environment at Uig. Also loved the sunsets. Quiet. Got a great sleep (for someone who sleeps poorly), I felt very comfortable. The room had some nice decorative features - on the walls, as well as some interesting books and guides.
Excellent pod, great location, quiet, very clean, well kitted out. Lovely to see a local family providing a stay like this on their croft and doing it to such a high standard. Thoughtful touches like Scottish snacks, Highland soap and decking with picnic bench outside. I'd come back again and will recommend to friends if they are up in Skye.
