A good location. Food excellent. Staff lovely. Room a bit noisy, I think we were above the kitchen so a door kept banging. It had stopped by the time we needed to sleep though. All in all a great stay.

We had a short stay here but would have liked to have stayed longer!
We were amazed when we entered the property as it was so light, so bright and so modern and spotless! Not a very large place but what a lot it contained!
Everything one could possibly need was there, even things you didn't know you may need! Vanessa our charming host had thought of everything and exceeded what was deemed necessary to providing so much more. What a wonderful lady she is and how kind to her guests, even leaving a delicious breakfast basket for us.
Do not have any qualms about staying here, it's a real gem!

Convenient to find. Car park right beside hotel. The foyer was well decorated for Halloween! The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel before leaving for our venue and the meal was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxing. When we came back we had a few drinks at the bar and had a great chat with the staff. The night porter Marie could talk on any subject! Next morning the breakfast was excellent. The whole hotel is immaculate and the bedroom was warm and had everything you could want. We would definitely stay again when we come to the Burnavon for a show.

We stayed here for two nights for a wedding at the Old Rectory venue. It’s a short walk and very convenient. That cottage is perfect and Jill was a great host. Excellent value!
My son & 2 guests really enjoyed the peace & quiet of the location and had all they needed for their short stay. He will return when he is back up bike racing in the North.
There is nothing about my experience that I could fault, it is a lovely place to stay, it’s quiet, private, beautiful landscape, beautiful walking areas and a beautiful place in general. 10/10 experience.
Great location, a perfect quiet getaway for some peace and relaxation. A lovely walk around the orchard is made all the better spotting the wildlife. Recommend the breakfast…good value and very well presented!
