This property is a great value and a great place to stay while visiting London. Roberto and Anita, the owners are extremely warm and welcoming, always with tea, cookies, and good conversation. This is our second state! The rooms are well appointed and cozy, and thankfully no television so you can relax and unwind. When asked, Roberto will also prepare a plate of cookies to take to your room. This is not a property with common areas or cooking, but we were happy to be on vacation and so had no need for those. Roberto’s breakfast are some with cakes, pastries, toast, and eggs. Best breakfast ever. The neighborhood is in a safe suburb close to trams and trains so you can easily go into London or explore the area. We recommend this property without reservation, and wish we could give more than just a ‘10’.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.

Helen was welcoming, attentive and accessible if needed, although the loft was accessed via her beautiful home it was also a private space where you didn’t feel you were intruding on the hosts personal space. Located perfectly for getting around SE London and beyond, which was perfect for us.
Despite being within easy walking distance of central Crystal Palace, the location was quiet and peaceful.
Parking on the street was easy and unrestricted, which is a rare thing in London.
Westow house has a great vibe, the pub is nice and our room was cosy. Beds were comfortable, there was good hairdryer, tea/coffee, and toiletries.
Location is not central but acceas to the public transportation is great (bus and train stations are close). It takes around 40-50min to get to the city center.
Crystal Palace is a nice area, pretty quiet, clean and safe. Shops and other pubs are close by. The views from the hills are amazing!
