Gillian and Douglas were exceptional hosts. A warm welcome and tour of the room to ensure comfort, along with great recommendations for food and touring. The room was well-appointed, very clean, stocked refrigerator, comfortable bed, modern bathroom with great bathtub.

Location was great. Close to beach access, Slains Castle and golf. Cruden Bay is not a tourist destination unless you are a golfer but it is a lovely spot to stop along the coast for a break from the bigger tourist spots. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Hostess Celia was gracious and very informative about her little town.

The breakfast was superb Martin,our host was on hand to take our order from a very appetising menu which was served up freshly cooked and very enjoyable.

This was a lovely place to stay. Communication was excellent, the accommodation is first class, lovely room, comfortable bed, excellent en suite facilities. Classy furnishings and personal touches throughout the property. Breakfast was superb, excellent choice to suit all tastes with home made jams and a fantastic Scottish fry up ( the only time I allow myself). Genny was a charming hostess and could not do enough to make our stay special.

Room was clean and comfortable, unfortunate it overlooked the busy road. Staff were all lovely, always a cheery smile and
did everything to make your stay comfortable. Food was excellent. Hotel could do with a repaint to improve the kerb appearance but inside was quaint and interesting. Cruden Bay is a pretty village and has easy access to other towns and villages in Aberdeenshire.
Friendly hosts. Spotlessly clean room. Comfy bed. . Great breakfast including a selection of fresh fruit, avocado on toast, variety of breads. Vegetarian choices.

It was easy to get to, and not only was the home clean and spacious, but a lot of care and thought had gone into it.
We had great fun in the games room, a pamper session with the whirlpool tub and family fun in the hot tub and bar.
Cruyden Bay Beach was breathtaking! Colin was a great host, answered a call every time. Will be going back!!
Location is fantastic, next to a lovely pub, and beach. Short walk to the golf club. But this definitely deserves the boutique in the name. Absolutely stunning little place, even had a dressing room in our 3 person room. Lots of special touches. The place is immaculate. Every thing was there that you needed. And the breakfast, was the best breakfast the 3 of us had ever had, beautiful fresh fruit, full Scottish breakfast, homemade bread and jam, I seriously didn’t want to leave. Would definitely return.
