The first floor room was very spacious with an updated bathroom.
The history of the building and the story made us feel connected.
Communication was also easy and they helped arrange transport for us to the airport for an early flight.

I needed something close to Gatwick and I didn't want to stay in one of the standard hotel chains near the airport. This is boutique, its really a nice house that has been converted to a hotel, with a number of large on suite rooms. So don't expect a traditional big hotel. It has lovely comfortable beds, it is in a nice quiet location, the breakfast was amazing and the owner was friendly and helpful.
Bed was very comfy - quick easy check in very quick Wi-Fi . Quiet rooms peaceful sleep. It’s not perfect but it did what it said in the tin. I needed a comfortable cheap night sleep. Very warm, tv worked well. £49 I have no complaints and would for sure stay again. Do not let the road put you off it nearly did me but happy I went for it
