Delightful staff! Truly exceptional. I needed to take a work meeting and they found me a quiet, private room and brought me a cup of tea with no questions asked and no additional fee.
After a day of sightseeing, we loved playing Scrabble from their games collection in the late afternoon in the pub.
The food was outstanding at every meal.

Nice property - would stay again. Small B&B with friendly owners who know a lot about the area. Spotless, modern rooms and bathrooms with good quality bedding. Rooms feel like a hotel - much better than others we've stayed at. Towels, toiletries, coffee/tea in the room, TV, great little library with lots of books. Sitting room with sofa for you to sit in, which is needed since the deck/balcony is really small and only accommodates two families.
Nice breakfast. Good options - full English, eggs Benedict, toast, porridge etc.
The Cedars is a modern home located in the beautiful village of Bathford. It offers comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi and free parking.

When giving a review for The Rectory it is somewhat of a challenge because of its singular nature, despite all our years of international travel, including throughout the UK. There is the structure as well as the setting of The Rectory, whose qualities seem to mirror each other in superlative features.
The restored Rectory is a classic of nineteenth century Victorian architectural aesthetic beauty. (Emphasis on ‘aesthetic,’ by the way, for this whole review.) Everything about the restored rector’s parish family dwelling, down to the smallest detailed comforts, seemed aimed at its guests’ comfort and experience — all of it perfect for couples and families. And the first visual beholding of The Rectory upon arrival, despite seeing many photos, is stunning. My wife and I were greeted right away when we pulled up in our car, but we were so impressed that shortly later we went back out in the driveway to take outside pictures of the Rectory and immediately send them to family.
The rural setting involves the beauty of the surrounding garden and fields, even with sheep placidly grazing nearby, and this contrasts sharply with the busy tourism and commerce of nearby towns.
And our hosts Wyatt & Helen were the greatest reason that would compel one to return for more visits. They are friendly, caring, professional, adept and fascinating. That all applies also, certainly to Monty the Golden Retriever.
I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in that region when we return. Everything about The Rectory is idyllic. Welcome to Paradise.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
A really great location with stunning views. Very quiet and ideal for a short stay. The kitchen area was well stocked with fresh local produce of high quality. Corsham town is only a few minutes away and not expensive via a cab if you want to spend the evening at either The Methuen Arms or Flemish Weaver which are both fantastic for food and drink. Bath and Bradford on Avon aren’t too far via car and well worth visiting.
Great location with fantastic views of Bath. My wife and I used it as a base to explore the Cotswolds. Dorothy was a great host and prepared us an excellent breakfast each morning.
The Heavenly Retreat was in a perfect location. A 2-3 min walk to the centre of Corsham. The town had good restraunts, interesting shops and places of interest. It is a very quiet town and Heavenly Retreat was also quiet. The most noise we heard was from the local Peacocks which are a quaint addition to a beautiful town.
Everybody we met were friendly and helpful. This also goes for our lovely hosts who were very accommodating and happy to chat.
We came away feeling completely refreshed and we would definitely go there again.
Great location with beautiful gardens. Away from main road so now traffic noise and very quite at night. Cheaper than many other hotels nearby but better.
