This is the first time in my life that a hotel looked even better in real life than in the photos. Everything was simply superb. The staff was incredibly kind, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. There’s a pub on the ground floor, but it’s perfectly quiet in the rooms. Overall, it was an amazing and wonderful experience.

Lovely place, nice and easy to find, had parking
Emmanuel was very good. I woke him up in the middle of the night as I had lost my card to get in the front door. He was very patient and pleasant with me which I’m grateful for…. I’ll be back soon that’s for sure.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Superb accommodation - lovely hosts - great location. Unlike many properties when White Lodge say luxury it means luxury - you will not be disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble and the guest lounge with log fire was a great bonus.
White Lodge is an exceptional bed and breakfast establishment. Ann and Martin are wonderful hosts - nothing too much trouble. The accommodation was immaculately presented, and the breakfast’s fantastic. We will return.
