Lots of little touches which surpassed other B&Bs such as facilities in the room you'd expect to find in a 4 star hotel such as bathrobes and a mini fridge not to mention the technology available in the room but I was delighted by the variety of Gluten free options on offer, in particular the freshly made GF croissants at breakfast.
The decor of the entire premises is lovely and there is designated parking behind the building.
I was offered another room when there was a minor problem in my bathroom but it was sufficiently fixed and I did not think a move was really necessary but it was a thoughtful suggestion.

Aden, the host was a very welcoming, and interesting host. The accommodation was simple, yet elegantly so. very clean, and with an eye to detail.
Food was superb- duck breasts with a very piquant sauce, and saute potatoes to die for!
Ale was well kept, and very quaffable. The atmosphere in the bar and dining room is warm and welcoming.
Breakfast was the best I have enjoyed in many years.
An affordable place to stay, right in the heart of Exmoor is difficult to find, yet this does it- Parracombe is a sequestered village with a slightly mystical atmosphere to it. And the Fox and Goose is a perfect base for exploring.

Piper and Terence were amazing hosts. Nothing was too much, from the delicious banana pancakes for breakfast, to the provision of maps and directions for local hikes, we were extremely well looked after!

great location for bay. Quiet and super friendly helpful hosts. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The car parking area was safe and well off the road.
Very welcoming host. Excellent breakfast choices including Eggs Benedict and delicious croissants. The room had all facilities you need and a large selection of streaming channels on TV. We were only passing through the region but liked the hike to Blackchurch Rock and the visit to Dunster Castle & Cleeve Abbey. Ilfracombe is only a short drive away but preferred the quiet surroundings of Combe Martin.

Nice and comfortable and quiet, little touches like fresh milk and water in chiller cabinet, and lovely touch of chocolates. Also a tablet for your use in the room, Andrew is a great host and chef, very generous breakfast. Great location for visiting family.
