A delightful, quirky hotel. Lovely, clean, comfortable room, and an excellent choice of breakfast, which was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again. Helen n John Nottingham.

lovely short stay in cosy charming old building, used to be a coaching inn historically, now a modern style restaurant/pub witha few rooms. Some nice traditional features retained, old bow windows, wooden floors, lovely curved staircase, modern bathrooms, muted cosy paint colours, food was fine pub grub type, good wine selection, outside spaces nice for the summer days, lots of plants and well maintained outside walls and tables and benches. Dog friendly is a big plus and next time will come with my dog.

Absolutely stunning views, staff, rooms. So clean, staff couldn’t do enough for us. It was luxurious and we will definately be recommending up north and hope to visit again in the near future. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Leigh is a great host, very welcoming. Our room had everything we needed & more; tea/coffee, fridge with fresh milk, bottled water, chocolate bar and drink for each of us. Hairdryer/ironing board, plenty hanging space, lovely soft towels and impeccably clean. Continental breakfast most plentiful with views of the countryside from the dining room.
