Good location only short walk to centre of town and room was very clean and comfortable. All the thoughtful extras are a great touch and hosts are very welcoming with great communication re check in and parking etc. Breakfast was excellent.

The suite was pristine and we lost count of how many times we said "this is lovely" because it's been done to such a high standard. It's a stunning place to stay, with a huge comfy bed, luxury bathroom and lots of thoughtful and tasteful touches. We felt really relaxed and at peace there. It's a really wonderful place to be. The breakfasts were delicious.

The family room with bunks in 1 room, a king size bed, and a fold out sofa in the 2nd room with 2 full baths suited us perfectly - #5!! There was a room air conditioner, a fan, and the windows open if needed.

Beautifully-decorated period property in the heart of Cheltenham within an easy walk of The Brewery Quarter, all the attractions and conveniently opposite an NCP carpark, which was cheaper on the app. (If you can give 24 hours notice, the hotel provide a free permit for the local streets). The basement twin was quiet and we enjoyed our complimentary cup of tea in the Wedgwood mugs on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our one night stay was cheaper than a last minute well-known chain and included breakfast. It was nice to help a local social enterprise whilst staying overnight.

This quality B&B hotel in central Cheltenham is located beside the pretty Sandford Park, amid a conservation area. It is run by friendly owners and staff.

Beautiful location near the town yet it felt like the country side in a safe neighborhood next to the canal and river easily accessed by bus, taxi from the train/bus terminal in Gloucester. Resturant was fantastic and the owner stated that they are expanding the hours as currently the hours are only Thursday through Sunday for lunch and dinner as they have only been open a few months. The staff could not be any kinder and professional. I would request the garden room the next time we stay as it is at ground floor level.
