Location. Close to Chester zoo, which is a must to go and see. Friendly and helpful hosts, who directed us to local places to eat and taxi companies. The bedroom and shower room were both very clean and well stocked with toiletries and teas and coffees. Breakfast menu was good with a wide variety on offer, and they accommodated our granddaughter's needs very well. The bedroom ceiling fan was a bonus in this heat.

Our car had broken down (we were going to roll it down the hill in the morning to start it), so the owners very kindly lent us one of their cars to enable us to go out to a pub for an evening meal.

Breakfast is not provided, knew this before booking. Situation ideal for me, short walk into city and close to station. Also short walk to Hoole where I met friends. Although close to a main road my room was quiet.

The property was in a great location, within walking distance to the city centre. Check in was easy and had a perfect (free) parking spot on the street outside. Was cheap and cheerful, ideal for our one night stay.

The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with milk, tea/coffee and even a bowl of fresh fruit.
Decent pubs and cafes were only a short walk away and parking was only a 5 min walk, there was even a grassed area at the back of the property for doggies too
An excellent, quiet boutique hotel with great facilities within walking distance of Chester city centre, where the hosts are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Private parking was an added bonus too. A nice personal touch of a cuppa and home made cake on arrival! Luxurious room and very comfortable bed. Amazing wonderful breakfast with a great choice and using quality ingredients. 10/10 for us for everything. Thank you Dave and Kirsty for a lovely stay, we will be returning.
