Highlight were the hosts Jenny and Mark. Lovely couple who runs this property. Absolutely lovely people. Did everything to make our life comfortable. Veg breakfast prepared by them was too good. Mark was so kind that he not only booked a restaurant for dinner for us but also came to drop us. Great room with all the facilities. Couldn’t have asked for more

The owner Linda was really lovely, helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had a lovely sea view. Very nice external bathroom (short walk between room and bathroom, no problem at all) and bath robes provided which is a nice touch. Great home-cooked breakfast. All around a very pleasant stay!

Lovely wee room. Great location, easy 5-10 minute walk to Anstruther. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and bigger than I was expecting. It was very quiet despite being above a pub if this worries you! Friendly staff and a lovely cooked breakfast every morning.

The location is right in the middle of a string of coastal villages - tiny and quaint but a walk to sea vistas, local sites of interest and lovely walking. The room was lovely and well appointed. Very quiet and comfortable. A gorgeous Scottish breakfast with local breads and nice chat with Duncan the Chef!!

Breakfast very good. Room fine, but not luxury as advertised. It was Englands bank holiday so that may have affected the price we paid. We stayed in a far superior establishment in Stone Haven the following weekend at £30 a night cheaper. Sorry to complain but it was the description of luxury that unsettled me.

Great location in historic street in Cellardyke/Anstruther. Room not actually in the pub but a house in a nearby street. This may be a good thing, but it made check in, breakfast etc a bit cumbersome. Room is large and street was quiet. Facilities as advertised.
