What a lovely place the Cartford Inn is, we were booked in for a nights stay whilst visiting family. The welcome received from reception, the upgrade and to the beautiful room , we couldn’t have asked for more.
After a peaceful and relaxing sleep we had an amazing breakfast .
Would highly recommend a stay here , five star .

The location is very central close to all shops and a number of really nice quaint pubs and restaurants.
The premises had its own carpark at the rear which was free and provided ample room.
The food in the pub was really nice and the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of hot and cold options available.

The accommodation was lovely. We had the penthouse, so there was a lot of space and very clean 👌everything was in walking distance. The biscuits and little chocolates were a nice touch to have a cuppa.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Julie was very warm and welcoming and made us feel instantly at home. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished, with a lovely view. Despite being fairly near to the motorway and the railway it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and the meat and cheeses (as well as cereal and toast!). The Roebuck, about 5 mins down the road, is a good place to eat. It is somewhere we would certainly stay again if we were in the area.
The owner was really pleasant, lovely building, lots of character.
Breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding but nice.
Location is good, quiet but walkable into Garstang.. taxi back.
