Very friendly and helpful, I have mobility issues and they arranged a ground floor room for me with no issues. Also made the room close to the exit door which helped so much.

The room was cute and very clean with a nice view. The staff went above and beyond with a birthday plate/candle, birthday card and banner. The food at dinner and breakfast was fantastic, matched perfectly by the cosy vibe of the pub.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location - we arrived late which was with prior agreement. Lovely room and comfy bed. We ate at the pub across the road. Breakfast was delicious and very good options available. Helen was a great host. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again. They offer parking and transfers to the cruise terminal but we didn't use this on this occasion
Gorgeous family run boutique hotel hidden in a quiet little spot not far from Southampton on the edge of the New Forest. Room was spotlessly clean, hosts friendly, and bed extremely comfortable. Could not have asked for more.
Great location, great amenities and great hosts - thank you so much for making me feel welcome and safe. My room was cosy and comfortable, my evening meal was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Lovely little private getaway luxury goodies kindly put out for us and all the things you’d need to have a worry free trip away.
