Location is perfect. Breakfast is delicious. The guest house is immaculate and exceptionally clean. Hayley John are outstanding hosts. I’ve stayed previously so I knew I would be welcomed and I would enjoy my visit. However, I was given a lovely surprise as they upgraded my room which was very generous and kind. Thank you both very much.

The stay was far better than we could have asked for, we had serval issues on our drive to the property but Dominic was so kind and understanding and really made us feel no trouble and welcome in his home. The room was lovely and clean, breakfast was dropped to our room which had a separate dining space for me and my wife to eat in private. We were in the area for a wedding, but if we are in north Wales again we will be booking here again.
